Would a 1968 Pontiac Catalina with 400 horsepower be fast? And how fast?

Well it will be fast, but probably not drag-racing fast. It's a heavy car, and the motor is probably more torque than speed. Anyway, it should tow a boat or trailer with no problem and hit over 120 mph without them.
