What's with this guy?

at this guy in my cl keeps hitting me i tell him to stop and he doesn't,then to day i was at my looker than he just starts playing with my hair like messing it up,and rubbing his hands on my hair,(he didn't put any thing in it he just messed with it) is there a reason he does this. (he a little player)
