If a woman hasn't had in over half a year, is it true the woman will experience pain due to her interlude?

my gf and i were doin it, and it's been awhile for both of us, and we didnt really do it for very long even though i coulda gone a lil while longer, and she said it was because she can't last very long due to the fact that she has not had in over 6 months. anyone know if this is true or was it because i wasn't getting her in the right way? any advice appreciated!
